Brian Williams, District Judge
The 503rd District Court is a general jurisdiction trial court presiding over felony criminal trials as well as civil trials, including family law and juvenile cases. In addition, the court presides over cases filed by the Texas Department of Regulatory Services (CPS cases).
The records for the District Court are maintained by the Rockwall County District Clerk’s Office, located on the second floor of the Rockwall County Courthouse.
