- Being available for fire investigations, Hazmat responses, and big emergencies
- Doing yearly safety and fire-prevention checks on businesses
Mission
- The mission of the Rockwall County Fire Marshal is to keep the people of Rockwall County safe and healthy. This is done by following the rules in the International Fire Code of 2015 and local laws.
- The Fire Marshal works hard to be professional in everything they do.
- They make sure to apply the laws and county rules fairly to everyone.
- The Fire Marshal also talks openly with the public, local leaders, other fire departments, and police in the County.
